Granard descended into a festive haven last weekend as locals witnessed the turning on of the Christmas lights while the north Longford town's Knights and Conquests Centre held a novel Yuletide Fair.
It was an occasion that certainly whetted the holiday appetites of young and old alike with costumes and Christmas cheer being in plentiful supply.
Photographer Shelley Corcoran was on hand to take in some of that evident feel good factor with the help of her camera.
