A man charged with violent disorder and section 3 assault outside a Longford town nightclub is due to stand trial at Longford Circuit Court next week.
Bartosz Surowiecki of 42 Auburn Park, Edgeworthstown, Co Longford, was arraigned before a jury panel yesterday afternoon.
He pleaded not guilty to a charge of violent disorder on October 31, 2016. He similarly pleaded guilty to a charge of section 3 assault on that same date.
Mr Surowiecki will face trial before Judge Francis Comerford and a jury of eight men and four women on Tuesday of next week.
