New ATM at Granard Credit Union up and running

The ATM at Granard Credit Union's Barrack Street premises is now up and running.

Granard CU made the announcement via their Facebook page.

The post continued, "We are very excited to be providing our community with easy access to a cash point once again."

Kieran Rogers, Chairperson Granard Credit Union, previously stated, "When Bank of Ireland announced they were leaving Granard and as we are the only remaining financial institution in Granard with a premises capable of housing a street facing ATM, the Board of Directors signed an agreement with an ATM supplier (Euronet) to provide a machine in the front of our building so as to ensure that our community was not left without a cash machine."
