Longford's construction industry has been given a further shot in the arm this morning with confirmation An Bord Pleanála has given the go ahead for the development of five new houses in Ballinalee.
The independent appeals body rubber stamped the project by Cunningham Design and Planning for Roscommon based firm, Braddington Construction Ltd, to proceed with plans to develop five bungalows at Saintjohnstown Td, Ballinalee.
The news comes hot on the heels of last week's revelations that a third party objection to the proposed redevelopment of Longford's vacant shopping centre has been withdrawn.
