Lidl Ireland has announced that stores will close during snow storm

Lidl Ireland has announced that all stores in the Republic of Ireland will be closed from 3pm today until Friday afternoon.  The company had announced closures in Leinster and Munster due to the snow storm yesterday.
"Regional management may make decisions to extend these closures at local level depending on the weather conditions in their area," the statement read.

"We would like to thank our team for the hard work they have put in over the past few days, shipping products from our warehouses and serving thousands of extra customers across the country. As always we will continue to actively monitor the situation as it evolves with colleague and customer safety always in mind."
