Almost €2.5m was spent on goods and services by Longford County Council during the fourth quarter of 2017
Close to €2.5m was spent by Longford County Council on goods and services during the final three months of last year, newly released figures show.
The bulk of the monies spent went towards roadworks and construction costs with consultancy, surveying and rental expenses also taking precedence.
The figures were released this afternoon by Longford County Council, comprising an overall total of €2.46m.
