Two remanded in custody after Gardaí discover cannabis grow house in Abbeylara
Two men have been remanded in custody following the discovery of a cannabis grow house in Abbeylara, Co Longford.
Gardaí from Granard investigating the yesterday's (Thursday, January 18) discovery of the cannabis plants with an approximate street value of €360,000 (subject to analysis) in Abbeylara charged two males (38 and 45 years).
They have appeared at Longford District Court this afternoon (Friday, January 19) and they have been remanded in custody to appear before Longford District Court next Tuesday, January 23 at 10.30am.
The third male was released without charge.
