Environment Minister Eoghan Murphy is coming under pressure to include new build houses under the terms of grant provisions for water supply to a new house.
“The regulations say the house has to be more than seven years old,” said Cllr Paul Ross.
“This makes no sense whatsoever. It’s inequitable.” should be changed.
