The Leinster Property Auction will hold their next public auction on Thursday, October 6 in The Clarion Hotel, Liffey Valley, Dublin.
Properties from around the province will be offered to the floor including family homes, mixed use investments, agricultural land, sites, and others.
The firm's four public auctions so far in 2016 recorded an average of 90% success rate on the lots offered. Patrick Folan of The Leinster Property Auction commented, "We have an excellent variety of properties on offer at our upcoming auction event.”
One of the properties up for auction is a residential farm comprising of a single storey residence on approximately 20 acres at Derawley, Drumlish. Offered at bids over €230,000 in partnership with Padraic Davis Auctioneering, Longford Town, the property which includes a three bed bungalow that has recently been completely refurbished.
The property has a well maintained back garden with decking as well as a number of outhouses and a large concrete yard.
