This year’s Cruthú Arts Festival in Longford town was a huge success, with visitors from all over the country descending on the county town for the event.
From street art and concerts, to plays, poetry readings and exhibitions, organisers are delighted with the turnout and support the festival received.
From Thursday to Sunday, pop-up galleries opened up throughout town and Chairperson of the organising committee Patrick Conboy told the Leader that these proved very popular with visitors.
He also added, “The street art was amazing and there was great interaction between the artists and onlookers”.
