Longford County Council has issued a warning to motorists of a road closure due to fallen trees.
The road L-1055 between villages Kilnacarrow and Cavan has been temporary closed due to trees blocking the road in the area.

The aftermath of Storm Jocelyn has seen disruption in water and electricity services nationwide, while Longford council are continuing to clear the trees blocking the L-1055 road this Wednesday morning.
Motorists are advised to be cautious and to follow and diversions if in place.
