It was a merry Lidl Christmas for Longford trolley dash winners Kevin and Alice Kelly who managed to grab more than €260 worth of goodies.
Nationally, the Christmas Trolley Dash has raised more than €300,000 in support of Lidl’s charity partner Jigsaw, the National Centre for Youth Mental Health.
Now in its tenth year, the fundraising initiative received phenomenal widespread support from generous customers across Lidl’s 179 stores nationwide, with Lidl customers in Longford raising more than €1,400 for Jigsaw.
Winning customers of the Trolley Dash fundraiser have been dashing through the aisles of their local stores for the chance to bag their Christmas shopping and fill a trolley load of groceries and festive treats, just in time for Christmas.
