A Longford property, featuring 42 acres of pastureland and a traditional cottage in need of refurbishment, was sold for €360,000 after it went under the hammer at an online auction on Friday, July 14.
This attractive c.42 acre traditional agricultural holding with detached three bedroom cottage and extensive farmyard at Drimure, Longford Town had a pre-auction AMV of €320,000.
The lands are all under grass of good quality, laid out in neat tidy divisions and offer excellent potential.
The auction was conducted by Mr Dillon Murtagh of Murtagh Bros and the property went on the market and sold under the hammer at €360,000.
Mr Murtagh said, “Following a lot of interest, we had a very competitive auction with a number of committed bidders.”
