Before they left for their summer holidays, students from Willow and Oak classes, St Mel's College, Longford prepared autism friendly shoe box gifts to send to autistic children in Ukraine.
The Longford based group Little Steps for Ukraine- Longford then posted the gifts to individual children in the war torn East Ukraine.
To date, over 200 children have received shoe box gifts from Longford but have a further 200 names on their list.
