The C.48 acre non-residential farm renowned for its fattening abilities at Milltown, Rathconrath, Co Westmeath which will be sold by online auction
Murtagh Bros auctioneers, who have offices in Mullingar, Enfield and Edgeworthstown, have a number of interesting upcoming auctions.
A superb c. 29.5 acres of agricultural land, with an AMV of €250,000, at Rathconnell, Mullingar, Co Westmeath which is laid out in neat tidy divisions and would be suitable for any farming enterprise, will be sold at an online auction on Thursday, May 11 at 3pm.
On Friday, May 12 at 3pm, there is another online sale of a c. 32 acres of agricultural land at Rathcore, Dysart, Co Westmeath and it has a price tag of €225,000 (AMV).
Murtagh Bros, in conjunction with LSL ONLINE Auctions www.livestock-live.com/Locations-Land, are offering for sale a c. 15 acres of Agricultural land with a village centre location and would be ideal for a private dwelling at Dysart Village, Co Westmeath.
The property comes with an AMV of €150,000 and it will be sold by public auction on Thursday, May 18 at 3pm. All bidders must register with Murtagh Bros on or before Friday, May 12 with a deposit of €15,000.
On Thursday, May 25 at 3pm, a C.48 acre non-residential farm renowned for its fattening abilities at Milltown, Rathconrath, Co. Westmeath will also be sold by online auction. With a listed AMV of €400,000, all bidders must register with Murtagh Bros on or before Friday, May 19 with a deposit of €40,000.
An attractive c. 63 acres of agricultural land at Ballyhast, Castletown-Geoghegan, Co Westmeath which has excellent road frontage and is in permanent pasture is being offered for sale in one or more lots. It has an AMV of €500,000 and will go under the virtual hammer on Friday, May 26 at 3pm.
All bidders must register with Murtagh Bros on or before Friday, May 19 with a deposit of €25,000.
