Longford volunteers set for Daffodil Day on Friday, March 24

The Irish Cancer Society’s Daffodil Day, the day we take back from cancer, takes place this Friday March 24.

Organisers and volunteers of Longford Daffodil Day are appealing for support as they prepare to take to the streets, to raise crucial funds for cancer patients.

To get involved in Daffodil Day locally contact Noeleen McTaggart, local organiser on 085 2112450.

“Not only will donations fund vital local services like free counselling and Night Nursing, but also cancer research to help more people survive cancer. Please help us by doing what you can on March 24,” Noeleen said.
