Longford’s Liam Keenan the driving force behind the rise of Ardagh Moydow

On the brink of ending up in the Junior grade, only to be granted a reprieve, 2025 developed into a brilliant year for Ardagh Moydow under the driving force of former Longford midfielder Liam Keenan.

The south Longford club went on to win the Intermediate Football Championship title, inspired by one of their own, and the Ardagh native is back in charge of the now senior squad in the race for the Connolly Cup.

While this is a big step up in class for Ardagh Moydow who face a very difficult task in the quest to retain their senior status, inspirational manager Keenan will be going all out to have his players in the best possible shape for the major task ahead.
