Drumlish all set to 'Dance for Cancer'

A community 'Dance for Cancer' fundraiser is due to take place in Drumlish, with all funds raised going to the Irish Cancer society.

The fundraiser has been organised in line with the Today FM 'Dare to Care' challenge to raise funds for the Irish Cancer society and the event will take place on Friday, May 10, at Monaduff Park from 7:30 to 8:30pm on the night.

Organiser Antoinette Smith explained, “The idea is part of Today FM's annual challenge to the public to raise funds to support families across Ireland affected by cancer.

“We are hoping to bring the joint communities of Drumlish and Ballinamuck together for one massive dance session for an hour.” she added.

The team will hold a raffle later in the night, with some excellent prizes on offer.
