Darts tournament to take over Drumlish

A darts tournament, which is open to people of all backgrounds and ethnicities, is due to take place in Drumlish on Saturday, May 4.

The event has been organised by the Longford African Network and the Polish community. The tournament will take place in Gallagher’s bar in Drumlish and will kick off from 5pm on the day.

People must register prior to Saturday, May 4, to take part. The deadline to register is set at Friday, May 3, and all registrations must be made by texting your name to Greg on 087-7195725. Please note the event has been organised solely for non league players.

The cost of registration per player is set at €5 and there is a top prize of a €100 voucher on offer. There will be four dart boards on the night and the event is proudly sponsored by Mróz Longford, Hanlon’s Gala service station Longford, Dreampoint project and Electrodirect.
