The death occurred peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff of Shannon Lodge, Rooskey on Monday, November 17, 2025 of Teresa Lennon (nee Reilly) New Rooskey, Rooskey, Roscommon/ Ballinalee, Co Longford.

Predeceased by her parents Michael and Margaret Anne, brothers Tommy Pat, John Joe, Gerry, Benny and baby Michael Anthony, sisters Mary (Reynolds), Margaret (Rogers) and Alice (Preece). Sadly missed by her devoted husband Tommy, sisters Monica (Alford) and Nancy (Reilly), brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces and extended family. May she rest in peace.

Removal from her residence on Thursday, November 20 to arrive at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Rooskey at 7pm. Requiem Mass on Friday, November 21 at 12 noon with burial afterwards in Kilglass Cemetery. House strictly private please. Family flowers only please. Christina Nolan (née McCormack), Tinnecarrig, Borris, Carlow / Longford

The death occurred peacefully at St Luke's Hospital Kilkenny on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 of Christina Nolan (née McCormack), Tinnecarrig, Borris, Carlow and formerly from Greagh, Drumlish, Co Longford. Predeceased recently by her son Jimmy. Sadly missed by her loving husband Andy, son David, daughters, Mary, Elaine and Mairead, sisters Eileen and Esther, son in law Luke, grandchildren Caoimhe, Thomas and Danny, sisters in law Mary and Christina, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Rest In Peace. 

Reposing at Joyce's Funeral Home, Borris (R95DV76) from 4pm to 8pm on Friday, November 21 with funeral prayers at 6pm. Funeral to arrive at St Patrick's Church, Ballymurphy for Requiem Mass at 12 noon on Saturday, November 22 followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.

Eileen Barry (née Clyne), Lisduff, Longford town, Co Longford

The death occurred peacefully surrounded by her family on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 of Eileen Barry (nee Clyne), Lisduff, Longford.

Predeceased by her beloved husband Jim and by her parents Jack and Margaret. Eileen will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her family, daughters Christine (Kenagh) and Helen Kilmurray (Kenagh), sons Michael (Essex), James (Summerhill), Raymond (Caldramore) and Ciaran (London), sister Peggy, brother Gerry, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, grandchildren Megan, Callum, James, Adam, Alice, Daire, Cian, Fionn, Amy, Karl and Ruth, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. The death occurred peacefully at home following an illness bravely fought on Sunday November 16, 2025 of David Greene, Drumlish, Co Longford and formerly of Teffia Park, Longford town.

Predeceased by his father Eamonn and his father-in-law Phil. David will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his heartbroken family, his loving wife Denise, his son Orrin, daughter Ava, mother Kathleen, brothers Eamonn and Brian, sister Allison, mother-in-law Dympna, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family and friends. The death occurred peacefully at home on Sunday, November 16, 2025 of Hugh Duffy, Ballyduffy, Moyne, Co. Longford. 

Pre-deceased by his parents John and Annie and by his brother Matt. Hugh will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his family, sister Mary Neligan (U.S.A), brother-in-law Oliver, niece Diane Gemmell and her husband Andrew, nephews John and his wife Laura and Brian, grand-nieces Caitlin and Niamh, grand-nephews Ryan and Matthew, relatives, good neighbours and friends. The death occurred peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 of Peter Reilly, Drumheel, Ballinagh, Co Cavan. 

Predeceased by his son Peter, brothers Brian and George and his sister Kathleen Tully. Beloved husband of Patricia and dear father of Patricia (Daniel), Simon (Sheila) and Amanda. David Howe, Rathmines, Dublin / Dromod, Leitrim

The death occurred peacefully, but unexpectedly in the Beacon Hospital on Monday, November 17, 2025 of David Howe, late of Rathmines, Dublin, Tramore and Dromod Co Leitrim.  

David will be forever loved and remembered by his husband and best friend Fergus. Sadly missed by his aunt Anna, sister Gwen, brother Robert, brothers-in-law Ronan, Brian and Tony, sisters-in-law Monica, the late Carol, Ciara, Orla, Deirdre and Aisling, nieces, nephews, extended family and wide circle of friends and colleagues. The death occurred peacefully in the Midland Regional Hospital Tullamore on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 of John Coughlan Ardnacraney, Tang, Ballymahon, Co Westmeath. 

Predeceased by his sisters Rita and Tess, brothers Larry, Patrick, and Frankie. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving nieces and nephews, John Joe, Padraig, Adrian, Bill, Owen, Rachel, Mary Margaret, Marie, Joan, Denise and Laura and his many relatives, friends and neighbours. Reposing on Thursday evening, November 20 in St Mary's Church of the Immaculate Conception, Tang from 6pm until 8pm followed by prayers. Funeral Mass on Friday morning, November 21 at 11am followed by burial in Temple-a-valley cemetery.

The death occurred peacefully, surrounded by his loving family and in the wonderful care of staff at Howth Hill Lodge Nursing Home on Sunday, November 16, 2025 of Ronald J (Ron) McPartland,  Howth, Dublin and formerly of Drumshanbo, Co Leitrim.  

Beloved husband of Patricia and loving father to Katherine, Simon, Susan and Ronnie. Very sadly missed by his wife, sons and daughters, sons-in-law David and Paul, daughter-in-law Jackie, grandchildren Rebecca, Karl, Victoria, Grace, Rachel, Emma and Alex, great grandchildren Mason, Sienna and Kayce, brother Noel, sister-in-law Margaret, brother-in-law Eddie, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours. Removal on Friday morning, November 21 to the Church of the Assumption, Howth arriving for Funeral Mass at 10am followed by cremation in Dardistown. The death occurred peacefully at the Mater Hospital, Dublin surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, November 13, 2025 of Donal Shanaghy, Corlismore, Ballinagh, Cavan. 

Will forever be missed by his loving wife Marcella, his children Elaine (Neil), Donal (Orla), Michèal (Dearbhla) and Oliver, his adored grandchildren Erin, Senan, Odhran and Bobby, his sister Margaret, brothers Liam and Sean (Eileen), daughters in-law, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, neighbours, relatives and a wide circle of friends. Predeceased by his parents Daniel and Nellie, his brother Michael and sister in law Bernadette.
