The death occurred suddenly on Thursday, September 4, 2025 of Patrick Murphy, Grace Court, Dromod, Leitrim and formerly of Ardagh and Lisduff, Longford.
Predeceased by his parents Margaret and Paddy, sisters Mary and Margaret and his brother Jimmy. Patrick will be sadly missed and always remembered with love by his family, his beloved wife and life long friend Esther, his cherished children Geraldine, Adrian and Paul, daughter-in-law Simi, adored grandchildren Rebecca, Connor, Declan, Cian, Hollie, Benedict and Aaron, sisters AnnaMay Fox (Ballinalee) and Dorothy Callaghan (Killoe), sister-in-law Ann O'Halloran (Sligo), brothers-in-law Jimmy, Pake, Noel, Peter and James, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and his many dear friends.

Reposing on Monday, September 8 from 6pm concluding with prayers at 8pm, in Connell's Funeral Home, Church Street, Longford, N39 KN66. Funeral Mass on Tuesday, September 9 at 12 noon in St Michael's Church, Bornacoola, Co Leitrim, followed by cremation at 3pm in Lakelands Crematorium, Dublin Rd, Cavan. Family flowers only please.

The death occurred peacefully on Thursday, September 4, 2025 of Mary Teresa Keeley (nee McArdle) St Columba's Place, Tullamore, Co Offaly/ Newtowncashel, Co Longford.
Pre-deceased by her parents Lizzie and Johnny, her son Damien, her little girl and her nephew Michael. Mary Teresa will be sadly missed by her loving husband Peter and family Petrina, Francis and Arleen, sons in law Enda and Mark, daughter in law Karen, her adored grandchildren Alana, Hollie, Ryan, Kyle, Eve, Leah, PJ and Darragh, her brother Sean, sisters Betty and Philomena, brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends. Reposing at O'Reilly's Funeral Home, Harbour Street, Tullamore (R35 FC84) on Sunday, September 7 from 6.30pm until 8.30pm. Removal on Monday morning, September 8 to the Church of the Assumption, Tullamore, arriving for Funeral Mass at 10am. Burial after Mass in Clonminch Cemetery, Tullamore. On behalf of the entire Tannian and Czislowski family, we are bereft to announce the death of Seamus/James/Jimmy Tannian, Teffia Park, Longford and Queensland, Australia (October 5, 1944 - August 30, 2025), the day we thought and hoped would never come. Our family in Australia, Ireland, England, Spain, USA and the local Sunshine Coast, Queensland community has lost a bright light, radiant servant, leader, mentor, musician and friend.
Seamus was a beloved husband to Linda, father to Nicola (& Sylvia), Rob (& Tania), Tracey, Sean, Kristan (& Chanelle) & Jay.
Brother to Michael (& Wendy) and Tom (& Barbara), Uncle to Fiona, Deirdre, Gail, Siobhan, Peter, Ruth, Christopher and Clare.
Grandfather to Teagan, Leusion, Kyran, Gemma, Talia, Georgia, Vienna, Thalia, Nolan, Caitlyn, Dannie, Ivy, Ava, Jordan, Aeden and Serene. Great-grandfather to Xavier, Kyron & Levi.
He was greatly loved and will be forever missed. He touched so many life's, if you knew him we know you are also grieving.
Heaven is surely is having an "auld jam session today". Our loss is heaven's gain.

The death occurred peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, in Javea, Spain on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 of Eileen Sheppard (nee Morgan) Bawnboy, Cavan and Javea, Spain and formerly of Ealing, London.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Keith, her parents John and Eileen, and her brothers James, Richard, and Frank. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by her brother Carl Morgan (Kells), her sister Anne McManus (Newtownforbes), the extended Sheppard family, her brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends, and neighbours.
