The death occurred peacefully and calmly after a short illness at Roscommon Hospice on Monday, August 4, 2025 of Mary “May” Teresa Mulvihill (nee Murphy) of Rathcline Road, Lanesboro, Co Longford and formerly from Kilteevan, Co Roscommon.
Pre-deceased by parents Elizabeth and Patrick, brothers Martin, Joe and Eddie and sisters Eileen, Annie May, Delia, Una, Lilly and Ann. May will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her family: beloved husband Joe, daughters Elaine, (Leicester) and Annette, (Lewes) and Paul (Sydney), Sons and Daughters in Law, Robert and Suzanne, grandchildren Tom, Fergus, Olivia, Grace, Louie, Daisy, Alice and Billy, great granddaughter Mia, brothers John and Matty, by May's many nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends. The death occurred peacefully in the wonderful care of her family and the doctors, nurses and staff at the Lisdarn Unit, Cavan General Hospital on Monday, August 4, 2025 of Breege Graham (nee Gallogly), 39 Highfield Rd, Cavan town and formerly of Drumrane, Ballinamore, Co Leitrim.
Predeceased by her parents Dan and Alice Gallogly, her brothers James and Vincie and her sister in law Anna. Breege will be very sadly missed by her husband Jerry, her sister Mary, brothers Dan and Tony, her sisters in law Monica and Eileen, brother in law Sean, nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews, great grandniece, her many friends and neighbours especially Philomena and Tom and her former nursing colleagues in St Felim's Hospital, Cavan. Breege will also be missed by all those associated with the Kilmore Diocesan Pilgrimage to Lourdes of which she was an integral part for 46 years. May her kind and gentle soul rest in eternal peace.

Removal of her remains on Friday morning, August 8 at 10.30am, travelling via her home in Highfield Rd, to the Cathedral of Saints Patrick and Felim, Cavan, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am. Following Mass a cremation will take place at Lakeland's Crematorium. Burial of ashes at a later date.

The death occurred peacefully after an illness borne with dignity and courage on Wednesday, July 23, 2025 of Niall Brady, Harlaxton & Denton, Lincolnshire, England and Killadream, Loughduff, Co Cavan. Recently predeceased by his father Charlie.
Deeply regretted and dearly missed by his beloved children, Ciarán, Ailish and Danny, their mother Lisa, and Ciarán’s fiancée Jo, his mother Detta, his siblings Ann Marie (TP), Fionnuala (Francie), Cathal (Emer), Colm (Róisín) and Shane (Vanda), his nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives, his former colleagues in the Kelly Group and his many friends. A private family ceremony prior to cremation will take place in Grantham on Monday, August 18, followed by a wake in the Welby Arms, Denton, Grantham, England NG32 1LG at 12:30pm, where all can gather to offer support, remember and celebrate Niall’s life.
Niall’s ashes will be brought to Ireland the following week and will rest at his home in Killadream, Loughduff, Co Cavan (H12C9X7), where all are welcome to meet his family, pay their respects and remember Niall on Friday, August 29 from 4pm to 8pm. Niall’s funeral Mass will take place on Saturday, August 30 at 12 noon in St Joseph’s Church, Loughduff (H12F968) followed by interment of his ashes in the local cemetery.
