The death occurred peacefully surrounded by her loving family and in the exceptional care of the staff of Padre Pio Ward of St. Joseph’s Care Centre, Longford on Friday, June 13, 2025 of Margaret Horan (née Donohoe), Church View Drive, Drumlish Co. Longford and formerly Aughamore Lower and London.
Predeceased by her husband Paddy, parents John and Margaret and brother Jimmy. Margaret will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her loving family, John (Jacqui), Caroline (Sean) and Paul (Anne Marie), her cherished grandchildren Sean, Shauna, Kieran, Michaela, Shane, Conor and Clodagh, sisters Maureen O’Toole and Anna Rose, brother John Joe (Maryrose), sisters-in-law, Ann and Mary, brothers-in-law Jim and Tom, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, many good friends and neighbours.

The death occurred peacefully surrounded by her loving family in her 100th year on Wednesday, June 11, 2025 of Anna Whelan (née Quinn) Lettergullion, Ballinamuck, Co Longford. Predeceased by her husband Pat, son Sean, grand daughter Moyra (London), brothers Pat and Michael and sister Bridie (Connolly).

Reposing at her residence in Lettergullion, Ballinamuck (N39 A9D5) on Friday, June 13 from 3pm concluding with prayers at 8pm. Anna will arrive to St Patrick's Church, Ballinamuck on Saturday, June 14 for funeral mass at 12 noon followed by interment in Ballinamuck new cemetery. The death occurred peacefully aged 86 years on Thursday, May 29, 2025 of Michael Patrick Nugent of Hall Green, Birmingham, and formerly of Rooskey, Co Roscommon, Ireland.
Predeceased by his sister Mary, brother William, and son-in-law Rob. He will be dearly missed by his wife, Bridie; his daughters, Julie and Denise; his son-in-law, Damian; and his beloved grandchildren, Lily, Isabelle, Iris, and James. Also deeply missed by his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and all of his extended family.
A Requiem Mass will take place at St Ambrose Barlow Church, Hall Green, on Thursday, June 19 at 12:15pm. This will be followed by burial at Robin Hood Cemetery at 1:45pm. Reception into church will be held on Wednesday, June 18 at 7pm. It will be live streamed HERE.
