The death occurred suddenly and peacefully, surrounded by his loving family in the care of nurses and staff at University Hospital Galway on the eve of Friday, November 17, 2023 of John Gilmore, Carrodger, Newtowncashel, Longford, N39 X9P9. Predeceased by his parents Patrick and Margaret.
Beloved husband of Eleanor, loving father of Shane, Niall, Sinead and Gavin, greatly missed and remembered with love by his daughters-in-law Brid, Katherina and Lisa, son-in-law Declan, grandchildren Tom, Patrick, Sean, James, Luke and Conor, sister Kathleen (Hanly), brother Declan, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and many friends. May John rest in peace.
Reposing at his home in Carrodger, Newtowncashel N39 X9P9 on Sunday, November 19 from 2pm with prayers at 7pm. John's funeral Mass will take place on Monday, November 20 at 12noon in the Church of the Blessed Virgin, Newtowncashel, with interment afterwards in Cashel Cemetery. Sean T Reilly, Dolmen Court, Aughnacliffe, Longford
The death occurred peacefully at his residence on Saturday, November 18, 2023 of Sean T. Reilly, Dolmen Court, Aughnacliffe, Co Longford, formerly Mollyglass. Predeceased by his parents Thomas and Rose Ellen, his brothers Mel and Brian. Sadly missed by his family, neighbours and friends.
Removal arriving to St Colmcille's Church, Aughnacliffe on Sunday, November 19 at 6pm. Funeral Mass on Monday, November 20 in St Colmcille's Church at 11am. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Mary Murtagh (née Heavey) Clonmee, Newtowncashel, Longford

The death occurred peacefully surrounded by her loving family in the loving care of the nurses and staff of The Midlands Regional Hospital Mullingar on Friday, November 17, 2023 of Mary Murtagh (nee Heavey) Clonmee, Newtowncashel, Co Longford.
Predeceased by her parents, her husband John, daughter Geraldine McManus (Roscommon) and by her sister Sr Assumpta. Mary will be greatly missed by her loving family, daughters Annette (Wicklow), Madeline Kapular, Bernadette Scally (Roscommon), Catherine Bannister, son Peter, sisters Kathleen Leslie (South Africa), Francis (South Africa), brother-in-law Graham Leslie (South Africa), grandchildren Colin, Mark, Niamh, Sarah, Aoife, Caitlin, Eoin, Cai and Ming-Thuy, niece Jenny Leslie (U.K), relatives, neighbours and friends. Reposing at Glennon’s Funeral Home, Ballinalee Road (N39 EC81) on Saturday, November 18 from 5pm concluding with prayers at 8pm. Mass of the Resurrection on Sunday, November 19 in the Church of the Blessed Virgin, Newtowncashel at 2pm, interment afterwards in Cashel cemetery. Family flowers only please.

Frank Lulham, Longford Town, Longford

The death occurred peacefully in his 88th year, in the loving care of the nurses and staff of the Palliative Care unit at The Midland’s Regional Hospital, Mullingar on Friday, November 17, 2023 of Frank Lulham, Canal View, Longford town. Predeceased by his beloved wife Girlie.
Frank will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his family, daughters Ruth and Louise, son David, Ruth’s partner Thomas, Louise’s partner Steve, David’s partner Emma, grandchildren Paul, Emma, Tara-Leigh, Daniel, Lily, Rory, Kayla and Padraic, great-granddaughter Amelia, relatives and friends. The death occurred suddenly in Mullingar Regional Hospital, surrounded by his family on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 of Barney (Bernard) Conway 33 Cloverwell, Edgeworthstown, Longford and formerly of Ballycloughan.  
Predeceased by his parents John and Elizabeth, sister Kathleen, brothers Gerard, Jimmy and Johnny. Barney will be sadly missed by his loving family, his wife Kathleen, daughters Colette and Emer, son Martin, adored grandchildren Aaron, Leah, Kaitlyn, Tianna, Leeroy, Adam, Lekenzie and Sophie, great-grandchildren, sister Ann, brothers Joe, Brendan, Tom and Billy, daughter-in-law Orla, sons-in-law Mike and David, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends. The death occurred peacefully in his 92nd year, in the tender loving care of the nurses and staff at the Lough Erril Nursing Home, Mohill, surrounded by his loving niece Mary and nephew Michael on Friday, November 17, 2023 of Brendan Gillooly, Dristernan, Drumsna, Co Leitrim.
Predeceased by his brothers Paddy, Tom and Chris. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his brother John (UK), sister Bridie (UK), sister-in-law Phyllis, nieces, nephews, especially Mary Gillooly and Robert, Michael Gillooly and Karen, extended family, relatives, good neighbours and friends. May He Rest In Peace.
Reposing at his residence, N41 PW77 on Saturday, November 18, from 2pm until 5pm and again on Sunday, November 19 from 2pm until 5pm. Removal on Monday morning, November 20 to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Drumsna, for Mass of Christian Burial at 12 noon with funeral afterwards to Annaduff Old Cemetery. Liam Ellis, Treanmore, Mohill, Co Leitrim, N41 WN22 / Cavan

The death occurred peacefully, at his home with his loving family in his 94th year on Thursday, November 16, 2023 of Liam Ellis, Treanmore, Mohill, Co Leitrim.
Predeceased by his wife Peggy (née Duffy). Sadly missed by his much loved sons Richard, Padraig, Gerard, daughter Gayle, son-in-law Jimmy, daughter -in-law Kathleen, his adored grandchildren Aishling, Mairead, Siobhan, Liam, Katelynn and Nicole. May His Gentle Soul Rest In Peace.
Reposing at his residence (N41WN22) on Saturday, November 18 from 2pm - 4pm, followed by removal to St Patrick's Church Mohill arriving at 6pm. House private at all other times please. The death occurred, peacefully, in the tender and loving care of the doctors, nurses and staff at University Hospital Galway, after a short illness bravely borne, surrounded by his loving family, on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 of Tommy Dolan, Shannon Grove, Ballyleague, Roscommon and formerly of Corroclough, Kiltoom, Co Roscommon. Predeceased by his Parents John Joe and Peg.
Sadly missed by his loving brothers Sean and Tony (Home), sisters Mary Kelly (Newpark) and Bríd Hanrahan (Newbridge, Co Kildare), sister-in-law Patricia, brothers-in-law John and Pat, nephews and nieces  Robbie, Sarah, David, Shauna, Lisa, Shane, Louise and Emma, relatives, neighbours, St Brigid's family, and his many good friends. May his gentle soul Rest In Peace.
Tommy will repose at St Brigid's GAA Club, Kiltoom (N37 WK60) on Friday evening (November 17) from 5pm until 7pm. The funeral cortège will leave the home of his brother Sean, Corroclough, Kiltoom on Saturday morning (November 18) to arrive at the Church of The Risen Christ, Kiltoom for Mass of the Resurrection at 11am. The death occurred suddenly but peacefully on Monday, November 13, 2023 of Martin Kiernan, Loch Gowna, Co. Cavan. Predeceased by his parents Anna-liz and James and by his brother Seamus. Martin will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his family, daughters Laura and Emma, sons Ben, Jamie and Carl, sisters Liz Button and Maureen Fox, brother Johnny, grandchildren Jenson, Finley, Darragh, Aoibha, Rían, Líadh and Oisín, sons-in-law James and Ricky, daughter-in-law Sarah, Jamie’s partner Laura, Carl’s partner Danielle, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Reposing at the residence of his sister Liz (Swan Lake Cottage, Loch Gowna – Eircode HD12 KD60), on Friday, November 17 from 4pm until 8pm. Mass of the Resurrection on Saturday, November 18 at 11.30am in the Church of the Holy Family, Loch Gowna. Interment afterwards in Mullinalaghta cemetery.​​​​​​
