The death occurred, peacefully, surrounded by his family at the Midland’s Regional Hospital, Mullingar, on Thursday, March 16, 2023 of Michael, Osprey Park, Rooskey, Co Leitrim and formerly of Longford. Predeceased by his parents. Michael will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his family, his beloved wife Karen, daughter Katie Wall, son Jon, daughter-in-law Laura, son-in-law Kevin, sister Margaret, brother Matthew, grandchildren Dillon, Alex, Charlie, Kayleigh and Finnley, best friend Bosco, relatives and friends. At rest.
Reposing at Glennon’s Funeral Home, Ballinalee Road (N39 EC81) on Sunday, March 19 from 6pm until 8pm. A private cremation will take place on Monday, March 20. Family flowers only please.

The death occurred, peacefully surrounded by her loving family, on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 of Anna Lubiszewska, Western Park, Longford Town, Longford. Predeceased by daughter Bogumila. Frank McGarry, Abbeycartron Lane, Longford Town, Longford

The death occurred, after a long illness, bravely borne, surrounded by his loving family, on Sunday, March 12, 2023 of Frank McGarry, Abbeycartron Lane, Longford town. Frank passed away, at the Midland Regional Hospital, Mullingar. Predeceased by his parents Frank and Mary, sister Anne Gildea and brother Tommy. Deeply regretted by his sisters Mary McGinnity (Dundalk) and Zita McGarry Kelly (Sallins, Kildare), brothers-in-law Oliver (Sam) and Paul, nieces, nephews, aunts Trixie McGarry and Beatrice McDermott, cousins, relatives and friends. Removal on Saturday morning, March 18 to Saint Mel’s Cathedral, Longford for Funeral Mass at 11am, followed by burial in Ballymacormack Cemetery.

James McCormack, Livingston, Scotland and Kenagh, Longford / Dublin

The death occurred, peacefully after a short illness, surrounded by his loving family, on Thursday, March 9, 2023 of James McCormack, Livingston, Scotland and Kenagh, Longford / Dublin. Predeceased by his father Tommy and nephew Thomas. Sadly missed by his loving wife Imelda, his son James, his daughter Natasha. His mother Patsy, brothers Tomás, Aidan, Enda, Niall, and his sister Deirdre, his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, great nephews, great nieces, his aunt and uncles and a wide circle of friends. The death occurred on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 of John (Sean) Ghee, London and formerly of Lisduff, Longford town. Predeceased by his parents Tom and Bridie, sisters Patricia and Catherine and brother Michael. Sadly missed by his wife Ann, son David, daughter Annette (Kelleher), son-in-law Gary, adored grandchildren, Dylan and Rhona, sisters Sheila Mulvee (Mullingar) and Ann Beirne (Mohill), brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and a large circle of neighbours and friends. Removal on Saturday morning, March 18 from his home in Altachullion, to arrive at St Patrick's Church, Corlough, for Funeral Mass at 12 noon (H14 VK30). Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Noreen (Nora) Josephine Atkinson (Landy NÉE Wallace) England and late of New Kiltoom, Castlepollard, Co Westmeath / Louisburgh, Mayo

The death occurred, peacefully, on Friday, January 13, 2023 of Noreen (Nora) Josephine Atkinson (Landy née Wallace), Ruislip, Middlesex, England and formerly of New Kiltoom, Castlepollard, Co Westmeath and Louisburgh, Co Mayo. Beloved wife of Brian and the late Eamonn and dear mother of Paul and Louise. Noreen will be very sadly missed by her husband and family, son-in-law Gary, daughter-in-law Jackie, her cherished grandchildren Natasha, Heather, Aidan, Pearse and Christy, her brothers Anthony, Stephen and Tommy, sister Mary, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives and friends.
