The death occurred, peacefully in the tender care of the management and staff of Hazelwood, Laurel Lodge Nursing Home, on Thursday, March 9, 2023 of Christina (Chris) Mahon (née Dwyer), 'Forbo', Deanscurragh, Longford Town, Longford and formerly of Tullow, Co Carlow. Predeceased by her loving husband John.

The death occurred of Ann Cullen (nee Thorne), La Montagne, France, daughter of the late William and Catherine Thorne Dublin Street and Deanscurragh, Longford. Ann died in Maulin's Centre Hospital La Montagne, France where she lived for over fifty years with her husband Terry.
She is survived by her husband Terry, formerly of Main St Longford, her brothers Mattie and Frank, relatives and friends.
A commemorative Mass will be held for Ann in St Mel's Cathedral on Sunday, March 12 at 10am.
