There is much to be excited about as the 18th annual Lough Rynn Harvest Festival & Vintage Day approaches. The much anticipated event takes place on Sunday September 2, and is returning to its ‘spiritual home’ of Lough Rynn Castle Estate and Gardens. Vintage enthusiasts, craft lovers and country music fans will all be catered for on the day. Country legend TR Dallas will make an appearance while street theatre, hot air balloon demonstrations, helicopter rides and a shuttle bus simulator will provide plenty of fun-filled entertainment for all the family. New to this year’s festival is the guided tours of Lough Rynn’s walled gardens and this guarantees to be a major attraction for all the family. BBQ, Pig on a spit and full bar facilities will also be provided for. Admission is €10 per adult, €5 for students and children under the age of 12 are free.

“We are thrilled to be back in the Lough Rynn Castle Estate for the festival and we would like to thank the management and staff at Lough Rynn Castle Hotel for being so accommodating,” Chairman, John McGuinness said. “The setting of Lough Rynn adds so much to the festival itself and we are sure that our return ‘home’ will add an extra dimension for all those who plan to attend on Sunday, September 2. This year’s festival line up aims to provide an interesting and fun day out for all the family and we believe our ticket prices provide real value for a family looking to spend a day together enjoying the best of vintage, arts & crafts and music and entertainment.” More information is available on Facebook/Lough Rynn Harvest Festival & Vintage Day.
