Start-up and existing businesses will be able to avail of office space for €30 per week in an exciting and innovative new job stimulating initiative at the N4 Axis Retail Park.

A new Business Centre is being launched and the entrepreneurs behind the successful Axis Retail Park outlined that the purpose of new centre is to facilitate the change in business landscape from large office structures to the increase in satellite offices.

James Morgan, one of the individuals behind the idea, explained to the ‘Longford Leader’, “This is ideal for a start up business, testing the market while trying to keep costs to a minimum and yet project a professional image.”

At 5200 square feet, the Business Centre will be capable of catering for up to twenty-five businesses in areas such as technology, computing and other professional services.

Mr Morgan added, “Spaces are available from as little as €30 per week.”

The Business Centre will provide a professional business environment for small, start-up or established companies to work from and it will offer a wide range of business supports including onsite meeting rooms which can be hired on an hourly, daily or weekly basis, broadband connection, secretarial support and all without long term commitment.

Mr Morgan emphasised, “The concept of this new centre is to get like-minded people together to create a hub of innovation and reduce cost for people in renting premises, paying rates and all other associated expenses.”

He also pointed out that office users can avail of free parking with one hundred dedicated office parking spaces.
