Baby joy sees warm sentiments extended to Ballymahon councillor

Cllr Paul Ross

Heartiest congratulations were extended to Cllr Paul Ross (pictured) at last week's Ballymahon MD meeting on the birth of his second child, Joe.

Best wishes were dished out in spades to Cllr Paul Ross at the recent meeting of Longford County Council, and also last week's meeting of Ballymahon Municipal District.

Cllr Ross and his wife Jenny welcomed their second child, baby Joe Ross, into the family a couple of weeks ago.

Best wishes were extended by Cllr Gerard Farrell at the monthly LCC meeting, with Cllr Farrell suggesting that Joe Ross might one day sit in the chamber and serve on the council.

Congratulations were also put forward by Cllr Colm Murray at the Ballymahon MD meeting last week and were immediately seconded by every other councillor in the room.
