This year’s Rose of Tralee International Festival came to an end last night, Tuesday, as the Texas Rose was crowned Rose of Tralee 2013.

This year’s Rose of Tralee International Festival came to an end last night, Tuesday, as the Texas Rose was crowned Rose of Tralee 2013.

25-year-old Haley O’Sullivan emerged victorious last night, having impressed the judges throughout the competition. From Dallas, Texas, Haley has very strong Irish links, as her grandfather was raised on Bere island, and her grandmother’s parents hail from Co Cork and Co Longford!

Congratulations to Haley, and well done also to Longford Rose Aisling Farrell and Leitrim Rose Edwina Guckian, who both performed spectacularly at the Dome, representing their respective counties on an international stage.
