The Sheerin family are delighted to announce that after a year of playing together to packed houses, they will continue their regular monthly gig at Cooney’s Hotel in Ballymahon.

They will return to the popular South Longford venue on Monday, May 13 for what is becoming one of the country’s premier country music events.

Audiences will already be familiar with the band members from local pubs, dance halls, night clubs, and from the many Irish country music albums on which they have graced with their unique talent.

The band consists of seven of the 11 members of the Sheerin family: Paul on steel guitar, Dessie on bass, Danny on vocals and acoustic guitar, Kieran on piano, Tom on fiddle, Simon on drums and Carmel on vocals and acoustic guitar. It’s hard not to be drawn-in by their unique sound and powerful, crisp harmonies.

A great night is in store on May 13, and you never know who might bump into from the Irish entertainment world. The show starts at 10pm and admission is free.
