Block C at the N4 Axis Centre
A proposal to add a three storey extension to an existing large building in the Axis centre, just outside Longford town, has been submitted.
The application by Beacon Assets Management has been received by Longford County Council.
The building, which already houses Pizza Hut and Mark Cunningham Design and Planning, is located in Block C of the N4 Axis Centre.
This proposed development will consist of a mixed use development of commercial/office/retail/leisure/medical accommodation, erection of relevant signage and all ancillary site works.

In addition to the proposed addition of a three storey extension over the existing building, it is also proposed to extend the existing ground floor unit and front porch, in line with the existing building line of the newly constructed PizzaHut extension which was granted full planning permission and the construction of an additional stairwell to service the entire building.
A decision on the application is due on October 3rd.
