Nicola Coughlan reveals the shocking reason her family weren't at the SAG Awards

Nicola Coughlan has revealed none of her family were at the SAG awards as she chose not to have them there.
The SAG awards were held in Los Angeles, California last Sunday, February 25.
She told Netflix: "I'm one of those really annoying people. The thing is, I'm so sure that I'm not going to win that my family aren't here. I haven't brought anyone, I've not brought any loved ones. I'm like, 'I'm not gonna win'. So I feel like I can just chill for the night."
In an Instagram post, Coughlan said: "I cannot express how much it meant to me to be nominated by my peers @sagawards, I’m so honoured and so grateful. Also doubly greatful to be nominated alongside my @bridgertonnetflix fam, I love that it gave us a long overdue time to celebrate together in LA."

Coughlan was nominated in the category of 'Outstanding performance by a female actor in a drama series', which Anna Sawai won.
