In the first event of its kind, Backstage Theatre teamed up with Artist in Residence Maisie Lee to bring children the opportunity to write their own plays and see them come to life on stage with the help of professional actors.
Eleven plays were performed on Saturday night as part of the Aisling Children's Arts Festival.
