The Mullinalaghta St Columba’s men who clinched a first ever senior provincial title for Longford when they beat Kilmacud Crokes in yesterday’s decider in Tullamore joined the pupils of the local national school this afternoon where everyone gathered to chat with RTE presenter Marty Morrissey.

Meanwhile, a visit from Virgin Media was also on the cards for the local schoolchildren today.

And needless to say, it has been yet another magical day for the youngsters and adults of the north Longford half parish and it appears likely that the celebrations will once again continue long into night ………………..!
