Mary Clyne (née Conlon), Clondra, Longford

The death occurred on Wednesday, November 9 of Mary Clyne (née Conlon), Clondra, Longford, also Harrow, Middlesex, England and formerly of Ballinameen, Boyle, Co.Roscommon. Predeceased by her husband Patrick Alexander (Clondra, Co Longford). Died peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family. Mary will be sadly missed by her loving family, son Joseph, daughters Maria and Jacqueline, brother Patrick, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and a large circle of friends. Rest in Peace.

Removal on Saturday, November 19 from Glennon’s Funeral Home to arrive at St Brendan’s Church, Clondra for burial at 12 noon.

 

Maureen Collopy (née Nolan), No 7 Cartron Road, Kenagh, Co Longford

The recent death has occurred on Thursday, November 17 of Maureen Collopy (nee Nolan) no 7 Cartron Road, Kenagh, Co Longford, in Mullingar General Hospital.

Deeply regretted by her loving family, her mother Peggy, her husband Brendan, sons Michael, Derek and Leonie, brother-in-law and sisters-in-law, son-in-law Greg and also Susan and Lizzy and grandchildren nieces and nephews, relatives and friends. Rest in Peace.

Reposing at her residence on Saturday afternoon November, 19 from 2pm until 6pm. Home private please thereafter. Funeral on Sunday, November 20, after 10.30am Mass in St. Dominic's Church, Kenagh, followed by burial in Kilcommock Cemetery.
 

Rose Dolan (née Donnelly), Cloonfree, Strokestown, Roscommon / Louisburgh, Mayo

The death occurred, peacefully surrounded by her loving family and in the loving care of all the staff at the Co Hospital, Roscommon, on Wednesday, November 16 of Rose Dolan (née Donnelly), Cloonfree, Strokestown, Roscommon / Louisburgh, Mayo. Beloved wife of John Joe and much loved mother of Martina, Luke, Richard, Declan and Mary Rose. She will be sadly missed by her sorrowing husband and family, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, brothers, sisters,nephews, nieces, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, relatives, neighbours and friends. Rest in Peace. Funeral Mass on Friday, November 18, at 11.30am in the Parish Church, Strokestown. Burial afterwards in the local cemetery.

The recent death has occurred on Tuesday, November 15 of Jack McCormack, Tenelick, Colehill, Longford, peacefully in Thomond lodge nursing home Ballymahon. Deeply regretted by his sister Mary Gregg (Newtownforbes), nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Rest in Peace.

Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Abbeyshrule on Friday, November 18 at 11am followed by burial in adjoining cemetery.

 

Mai McGivney (née Fagan), Leitrim, Coolarty, Co Longford

The recent death occurred on Thursday, November 17, of Mai McGivney (nee Fagan), Leitrim, Coolarty, Co Longford, peacefully, in the loving care of the staff of Portiuncula Nursing Home, Multyfarnham, surrounded by her loving family.

Predeceased by her husband John, sisters Sr. Attracta, Sr. Marie Therese, Bea Monaghan and Ellen Farley. Sadly missed by her sons Eamon, Sean, Oliver and Paul, daughters Teresa Feery, Philomena Coyle, Marie McGauran and Lucy, her sister Mona Beausang , sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives, friends and neighbours. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a h-anam.

Reposing at her home from 2pm on Friday, November 18 until removal on Saturday, November 19 to St Mary’s Church, Granard, arriving at 7pm. Funeral Mass on Sunday November 20 at 11.30am, followed by burial in Granardkille Old cemetery. House private from 5pm Saturday evening, please. Family flowers only, donations if desired to Residents Comfort Fund, Portiuncula, c/o Smith’s Funeral Directors or any family member.

 

Pat (Paddy) McGrath, Shannon Road, Mountrath, Laois / Ballymahon, Co Longford

The recent death occurred on Thursday, November 17 of Pat (Paddy) McGrath, Shannon Road, Mountrath, Co. Laois, and formerly of Gurteen, Ballymahon, Co Longford, peacefully at his residence, surrounded by his loving family.

Sadly missed by his loving wife Margaret, sons Hugh, Noel, Steven and Colm daughter Emer, son-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, brothers Tom, Barney and John, sisters Nan and Kitty, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, relatives, neighbours and friends. May he rest in Peace.

Reposing at his daughter Emer's residence at Derrough, Mountrath, from 5pm on Friday evening November 18, with rosary at 9pm. Removal on Saturday morning November 19 to St Fintan's Church, Mountrath, for Funeral Mass at 11am, followed by burial in St Fintan's Cemetery, Mountrath. House Private on Saturday morning, please.

 

Bridget O'Reilly (née Brady, Killykeen), Drumgore, Loughduff, Cavan

The recent death has occurred on Thursday, November 17 of Bridget O'Reilly (née Brady, Killykeen), Drumgore, Loughduff, Cavan. Bridget died peacefully after an illness borne with great dignity in the loving care of her family and the staff at the Sheelin Nursing Home, Mountnugent, predeceased by her husband Larry (January 2016) and her sister Gretta Leddy. Sadly missed by her loving sons Padraic, Larry, John and Fintan, brothers John and Noel (U.S.A.) and Phil, sister Nan Dunne (U.S.A.) daughters-in-law, sister-in-law, brothers-in-law, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends. May she rest in peace.

Reposing at her home from 12 noon on Friday, November 18 until 6 pm. Family time thereafter. Removal arriving at St. Joseph's Church, Loughduff, at 8pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday, November 19 at 11am. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only.

 

Anna Margaret Robinson, Mount Tallant Avenue, Harold's Cross, Dublin / Coole, Westmeath

The death has occurred on Tuesday, November 15 of Anna Margaret Robinson, Mount Tallant Avenue, Dublin and late of Carne, Coole, Co Westmeath; peacefully at St James's Hospital, Dublin, after a long illness. Beloved daughter of the late John and Margaret Robinson, and sister of the late George Robinson. Sadly missed by her loving sisters Jean, Marie and Josie, brothers Noel and Billy, sisters-in-law Sheila, Una and Helen, brothers-in-law Pat, Paddy and friend Joe, nephews, nieces, extended family and wide circle of friends.

Funeral mass at 12 noon on Friday, November 18 in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Coole, followed by burial in Mayne Cemetery.
