Tailbacks following incident on busy commuter road to Longford
The incident occurred on the N63 outside Lanesborough after 9 this morning, Thursday April 9
There were lengthy tailbacks just outside Lanesborough earlier following an incident on the busy N63 route.
Local Gardaí were on the scene, with one controlling oncoming traffic as the other spoke with a female.
With the road in question being the main direct route from Roscommon to Longford, long tailbacks quickly formed on both sides as a tow truck removed a black car from a gateway.
