Brave Giant ‘sound great and are easy on the eye’ proclaimed Caroline Kanza on Twitter as she watched the Longford band perform their new single 'The Time I Met The Devil' on RTÉ One’s The Late Late Show last night.
The Longford lads - Podge Gill, Ross McNerney, Mark Prunty and Emmett Collum - were thrilled with their debut appearance on Ryan Tubridy’s widely watched show and their performance lit up Twitter.
They declared on their Facebook page, “We are ecstatic to announce that we'll be making our first live National TV appearance on The Late Late Show this Friday.”
And this morning they posted, “The last 24 hours feel very surreal! We would like to thank everyone for all your kind messages and support. We had an unbelievable time making our debut on the RTÉ Late Late Show last night.”
While the band also tweeted (@Brave_Giant), “A crazy couple of days, we're forever in your debt for your kind messages and support. We're only getting started.”
Yesterday, Brave Giant’s new single 'The Time I Met The Devil' had scaled the dizzy heights of No 5 in the Irish iTunes Charts. No doubt, it has been downloaded several times since their memorable TV appearance.
