Longford Town FC win Pitch of the Year 2018
Tremendous achievement for the groundsmen at City Calling Stadium
Congratulations to Seamus and Paul Murray and their team for having the City Calling Stadium pitch in immaculate condition all year round.
The excellent Longford Town FC grounds hosted the recent Republic of Ireland U-19 games in Group 10 of the European Championship Qualifiers against Bosnia & Herzegovina, Faroe Islands and the Netherlands and there was tremendous praise for the facilities at City Calling Stadium.
