Our next lotto draw will be held on December 17 for a jackpot of €1,100. As this will be the last draw before the Christmas break we will also have some extra prizes on the day so make sure to get your envelopes in on time, envelopes can be purchased from any guild member or from Bell's shop Newtownforbes.

Christmas Craft Fair
Our Christmas Craft was a great success and craft officer Virigina would like to thank all who helped out in any way. To those who helped set up and run the café on the day and to those who baked, a big thank you. There was a lovely festive atmosphere in the hall and a big thank you to all the crafters who came on the day and showcased their products. To all who popped in to say hello or purchase that special gift, thank you all, without your support the day just could not have happened.

Congratulations to Anne Murtagh from Tarmonbarry who won the hamper in the draw, and a big thank you to all for supporting the raffle, and finally thanks to Virginia our craft officer for organising, another great day for Longford ICA.

Nollaig Na mBan
Our annual Nollaig Na mBan celebrations will be held in the Longford Arms Hotel on Tuesday, January 6, this night is open to all and we would love to see as many ladies as possible join us on the night, cost is €25 and this includes a lovely supper and dancing afterwards to Sean Hussey, so put the date in your diary and join us as we celebrate the end of the Christmas season.

All our classes have now ended for the festive season and we would like to thank the tutors and participants who have made these classes possible, we will let you all know when classes restart after the Christmas break, take a well earned break.
