This initiative is supported by Longford Chamber of Commerce and Longford County Council’s Arts, NTE and Enterprise Offices.
The meeting is open to artists, creatives, social entrepreneurs, community activists, and business owners who want to see more cultural events in Longford and are willing to share ideas and time to make this happen.
Increasing arts and cultural activities in Longford Town will boost footfall, support hospitality and retail businesses, and attract visitors with disposable income. This will strengthen both the local economy and the cultural sector.
Although organised by Longford County Council the meeting will be guided by the needs of businesses and the cultural community. It will be facilitated by Séadhna Ryan and the Longford Arts Office.
