The Leinster Property Auction will take place on March 7 in The Clayton Hotel, Liffey Valley, Dublin and the auction firm have confirmed strong interest in the lots on offer.

Patrick Folan of The Leinster Property Auction commented; “we have seen huge demand for properties since the turn of the year with a large volume of properties selling via our online auction in the past number of weeks.

“And with a current shortage of well-located family homes in Leinster and indeed across the country at present, now is a great time to look to sell.

“We are seeing multiple bidders on the majority of properties, with current number of listed residential properties at a low of just over 25,000.

“The market continues to demand more properties and we are encouraging property owners to contact us regarding a free valuation for sale. Property owners may be pleasantly surprised by the current prices.”
