Congratulations to Christine Collins, Digital Broadband Officer in Longford County Council, who has been honoured with another top award!
Christine was recently presented with a STEM Passport for Inclusion Mentor Trailblazer Award by the incredible Professor Katriona O’Sullivan - psychologist, author, and lecturer at Maynooth University.

The award ceremony took place recently at MongoDB, Ballsbridge, where Christine was celebrated for her exceptional contribution to mentoring in STEM.
Christine was also previously honoured with a prestigious Women in Digital Award at the 2025 National Digital Awards.
Christine was recognised for her work by Digital Business Ireland, the country’s largest representative body for digital and online businesses.

In her work with Longford County Council, Christine is driving transformative digital education initiatives in schools and through regional digital skills efforts such as the Midlands Digital Education programme. Well done Christine, a true digital trailblazer.
