The case was heard at Longford Circuit Court
A Newtownforbes man, accused of waging a campaign of harassment and verbal abuse against his next door neighbour following a dispute over work being carried out at the accused's home, is set to be sentenced on July 7.
38 year old Thomas Devine of Ballagh, Newtownforbes, Longford appeared before Longford Circuit Court charged with the harassment of his neighbour on unspecified dates between January 1, 2017 and November 1, 2022.
The victim previously recalled for the court the havoc wreaked upon his life by Mr Devine.
Mr Devine was originally to be sentenced on February 26 however following concerns expressed by the victim, the date was changed to July 7.
A victim impact statement is also being prepared in advance of the sentencing.
