Storm Emma clean up operation continues: Work resumes on clearing Longford's regional and local roads

Works have resumed again this morning clearing the Regional and Local roads throughout County Longford.
Longford County Council is reporting that the R397 Kenagh Road is now clear.
Moigh to Ballymahon Road is blocked.
The R393 Regional Road from Carrickboy through Ratharney to County Boundary is completely blocked.

R398 at Tashinny is partially blocked.
Road at Bradys Piggery in Carrickboy is blocked.
Roads in the Newtowncashel area are very poor and extreme caution should be excerised.
A number of Roads are blocked in the Edgeworthstown and Legan area.
