A man has died following an early-morning house fire in Cork, An Garda Síochána have confirmed.
Gardaí are now investigating this fatal house fire, which occurred in the early hours of Sunday, November 23 at a residential property on Noonan Road. The incident took place at approximately 3am.

Both Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene where one man, aged in his 60s was removed from the home to Cork University Hospital, where he later passed away.
A post mortem will take place in due course.
