The body of a man was found in Letterkenny on Thursday evening.
Gardai say that officers are currently ‘at the scene of an incident’ in Letterkenny.
The man, understood to have been aged in his 40s, was removed from the scene to the mortuary in Letterkenny University Hospital.
A Garda spokesperson said that investigations are ongoing.
It is understood that foul play is not suspected at this time.
