Road repairs on Longford road to be completed by tomorrow

The works will be taking place in Corrinagh, Ballinamuck

Repairs and improvement on non-public roads.

Longford County Council have begun minor road repairs and drainage works on the L-5056 in Corrinagh Ballinamuck, between its junctions with R198 and L-1039.

The works, which commenced today, Thursday Dec 11, will take place between the hours of 8am and 4pm and are expected to be completed tomorrow, Friday Dec 12.

The road will remain open but short traffic delays should be expected as traffic management - such as a stop/go system and/or temporary traffic lights - will be in use for the duration of the works.
