Longford's Darragh Greene, winner of the 200m Breaststroke Final at the Irish Open Swimming Championships at the NAC on Tuesday evening
Afer finishing second in the 100m Breaststroke Final on Saturday last, Longford Olympian Darragh Greene won the GOLD medal in the 200m Breaststroke event at the Irish Open Swimming Championships at the National Aquatic Centre on Tuesday evening last.
It was yet another excellent achievement by Darragh (National Centre Dublin) who passed Eoin Corby (National Centre Limerick) in the closing metres to win the National title in 2:12.17.
Corby was second in 2:12.24 with Tuam’s Uiseann Cooked claiming bronze in 2:13.85.
