Sign Language Classes

Are currently ongoing every Tuesday evening at 7pm in the centre. There are places available. This is a great opportunity to learn a valuable language in a local setting. Please book by calling the centre.

FETAC Level 5 Childcare Course

We now have confirmation that this course will start immediately on Nov 4th from 10am to 2.30pm and continue until the full award is complete. Full details from the centre. Apply now as places are limited.

Jiving & Social Dance Class

Every Friday with Diane in the Centre from 8 to 10pm. To book call 087 0623335.

Health & Fitness and Personal Training

Every Monday morning in the centre from 10am to 12 pm.

Monday Evening Yoga

Will commence in the centre on Monday evenings at 6:45pm to 7:45pm from Nov 9th. Booking in advance is desirable. Fee €10 per class.

Tuition

Classes commence in Irish (group and one to one) on Monday evenings from the 2nd. but these must be booked in advance.

Women-in-Touch

Host an holistic morning next week with a talk from Susan O’Prey on the benefits of Acupuncture, Tuesday 3rd. Nov 10am-12noon.

Granard Art Club

Continue to meet every Wednesday from 10am to 12 noon and love to have new members come along. Lovely relaxing space. Well done on their recent sculpture launch to highlight the plight of the poor and marginalised across the world.

Shoe Box Appeal

Anyone who wishes to leave in a shoebox to brighten up the lives of children experiencing abject poverty can do so by November 10th. These will be collected by official representative from Team Hope in Mullingar and dispatched in time for Christmas.

Accredited Defibrillator Course

Will take place on Nov. 19th in the centre. This is a very valuable lifesaving course and also beneficial in a number of career areas. We welcome applications for this one session by 3.5 hour course delivered by a fully qualified and professional facilitator.

White Goods Maintenance & Repair Course

Commencing shortly. This is a great opportunity to gain knowledge and expertise in this area. Open to Jobseekers. For further details please contact the centre.

Parent & Toddler Group

All babies, toddlers with their parents, grandparents or carers are welcomed every Tuesday from 10am to 12:00pm. All welcome.

Children & Youth Activity clubs

Will recommence this coming week at normal times.

Garden Club

Monthly garden club will meet in the centre on Monday November, 2nd at 8pm. All welcome.
